Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By using the 336 website or mobile application, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh, whether registered or not. 336 reserves the right to modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The age requirement in these Terms applies strictly: you must be 18 years of age or older to participate on the 336 platform. Any account created by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all associated transactions will be considered void.

Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To create an account on 336, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time. Each individual may hold only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts and associated balances may be forfeited.

336 may request identity documents to verify your account. If verification is not completed in time, transactions on your account may be restricted.

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, notify 336's support team immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

336 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

  • Consequences of Violating the Terms
  • Where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system
  • Failure to verify identity or submission of false documents
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

In the event of account closure, any refund of a valid balance will be determined subject to review. Bonus-related balances may be forfeited.

Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit Policy

All transactions on 336 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposit processing may take between 5 and 30 minutes. Deposits are non-refundable once completed, so please verify all details before proceeding.

Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Any bonus balance you wish to withdraw is subject to the applicable wagering requirements. In cases of suspicious activity, 336 may request additional verification, which could delay processing.

Taxes & Other Charges

Any taxes or government levies applicable to winnings are solely the user's responsibility. 336 does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for individual tax obligations.

Indemnification

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and cause harm to 336 or its staff, you will be liable for all resulting legal and financial damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 336 platform — including logos, graphics, software, games, text, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 336. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
